Inspired by the vintage analogue filters found on the world’s most renowned classic synths, and wrapped in a super-modern interface design, BLEASS Filter offers a rich sound paired with an intuitive user experience. The plugin features detailed visual feedback for easy monitoring.

A static filter can be as mundane as having no filter at all, which is why BLEASS Filter includes both an envelope follower and an LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator). The envelope follower adds dynamic interest by matching the audio, while the LFO creates sweeping movements that can be free-flowing or synchronized to the beat.

USING BLEASS FILTER

• INPUT SECTION
• Gain: Adjusts the input signal volume, affecting the envelope follower's sensitivity.
• Sens: Controls the envelope follower's sensitivity in conjunction with the Gain setting.
• Attack: Determines the envelope's response speed to peaks and transients.
• Release: Establishes how quickly the envelope closes post-attack phase completion.
• Envelope: Sets the strength and impact direction of the envelope on the filter’s cutoff frequency.
• Meter: Visualizes the envelope follower activity for easy monitoring of signal response.

• FILTER SECTION
• Filter Graph: Provides a visual representation of the filter settings with interactive controls for cutoff frequency and resonance adjustment.
• Mode selection buttons: Choose from low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and notch filtering modes.
• X2 Button: Doubles up on filtering effects for enhanced resonance frequencies and sharper cutoff slopes.

• LFO SECTION
• Sync: Select between free-running or beat-synced LFO modes.
• Waveform: Choose from various LFO shapes for modulation effects.
• Rate & Sync Rate: Adjust cycle length in seconds or beat-and-note lengths based on sync mode selected.
• Offset: Fine-tune LFO phase alignment during beat-sync mode.
• Stereo: Create phase offsets between left and right LFO channels for spatial effects.
• Amount: Control the impact level of the LFO on the filter’s cutoff frequency.
• Meter: Visualizes LFO modulation strength on filter frequency.

• MIX
• Gain: Sets plugin output level including management of resonance peaks.
• Dry/Wet: Adjusts the balance between dry input signal and wet filtered signal.
